OUR COMPANY

In 2004 Samuel Willard, Jeremy Parham and Matthew Ringrose revolutionised marketing for the Wine Industry by introducing the concept of outsourced relationship marketing. The partners combined their experience in wine marketing, the hospitality industry, telephone broking and sales to form the company. They saw that the traditional passive approach to private-client sales (mail and email) was becoming ineffective in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

In 2008 the three directors of Cellar Force and Adrian Read created Wine IQ - a personal wine-broking service. Wine IQ has an ever growing private customer base and it has proven to be a valuable, complementary vehicle for Cellar Force's partner wineries, helping to increase wine sales and brand awareness.

2009 proved to be one of the most exciting years for Cellar Force with the company forming a joint venture with Cellarmasters. This partnership led to the merger with Cellar Door Direct, and the creation of Wine IQ Holdings - encompassing Cellar Force, Wine IQ, and the fine wine business Wine Ark Cellar Club.

The expansion of our business has ensured our continuance at the forefront of the wine marketing industry. We intend to provide wineries with the utmost expertise, professionalism and creativity for many years to come!
